LAURE KRUG

Krug was Born in 1974.
At the end of its licence of visual arts, Laure Krug s’directs towards the sculpture.

Its subject is the woman, the round, full, funny and tender woman. Sometimes child wife or woman playing of her femininity, they remains creatures except standards being played of the codes of propriety and assuming as well their roundnesses as their color. It launches out in 2000 in the creation of sculpture out of resin.

Always single parts, its “pasdame”, are not always of “great ladies”, sometimes rascals or impertinent they allow themselves to be and live without apprehension of the glance of the others.
The daily life, our sometimes ridiculous or characteristic attitudes find its original and ludic sculptures.
